Larissa Schuster Sentencing Delayed

Convicted murderer Larissa Schuster won a small victory Tuesday, a higher court delayed her sentencing. Schuster's defense attorney says the Fifth District Court of Appeals stayed the sentencing as the justices review legal issues surrounding her case.

The defense claimed juror misconduct after Schuster was convicted last year of murdering her husband, Tim Schuster.

Investigators discovered his body in a barrel of acid.

Schuster was to be sentenced next week.
