Officers say the boy's father beat up the mother in El Dorado County, and then took off with his son. He drove about an-hour-and-a-half to Tuolumne County before they caught him. They're now looking for the boy in both those counties, as well as Sacramento.
Two-Year-Old Boy Missing
An Amber Alert went out this morning all over California and drivers could see it on signs like this one on Highway 99 near Herndon. The Highway Patrol has now canceled the alert, even though the boy is still missing.
