Two Arrested in Barbecue Company Scam

Investigators have arrested two men they say scammed valley homeowners out of millions of dollars.In February of last year, Action News reported a story on dozens of valley homeowners who say they got burned by a barbecue company that did business at local home shows.

Homeowners say they paid thousands of dollars to "Imperial Outdoor Living" for backyard barbecues that never arrived.

San Bernardino County officials arrested Phillip Bovard and Luis Gutierrez on grand theft charges.

Investigators say the pair is suspected of selling furniture at home shows in three states but never delivering the products.
