Madera Murder Leads to Officer Involved Shooting

6/30/2008 Fresno, CA Police found the woman in her apartment at cypress and olive this afternoon, but the boyfriend was gone.

An officer tracked him down at "l" Street and Sixth a couple hours later and there was a confrontation.

The officer shot the suspect, but investigators aren't releasing much information about how it happened.

The suspect is being treated at Community Regional Medical Center.
