Jonas has teamed up with Bayer to provide information about the disease to young people.
Jonas has a new web site that focuses on his struggles with diabetes at www.NicksSimpleWins.com. On the site, he talks about small ways to manage the disease that help in the long run.
The site also has the new Jonas Brothers single, "A Little Bit Longer," which Jonas says he wrote when he was having a hard day managing his diabetes.
