He's suspected of firing the gunshots that injured 16 year old Dante Smith ... A football player at Washington Union High School in Easton.
Smith was shot six times while outside an apartment complex near Jensen and Walnut in southwest Fresno.
He was released from the hospital late last week and is expected to be ok.
