Peru wants to help to help the newly elected first family.
A group called Friends of the Peruvian Hairless Dog Association is offering the Obamas a four-month-old puppy named Machu Picchu.
Fans of the breed say it's virtually allergy-free, since it has no fur. But caution: no dog is completely hypo-allergenic, though some are more tolerable than others.
