With the worsening economy, many people are grabbing a quick bite from fast food value menus, but how healthy can that be?A non-profit group has ranked the five unhealthiest value foods.

The Cancer Project found that the unhealthiest item is the junior bacon cheeseburger at Jack In The Box, with 23 grams of fat.

The next is the cheesy double beef burrito at Taco Bell, third is Burger King's breakfast sausage biscuit, and fourth is McDonald's McDouble burger.

Finally, the junior bacon cheeseburger at Wendy's came in fifth.
