The show's 1,600 exhibitors put the finishing touches on their products and services on Monday.
The Ag show's top ten products to watch for this year includes a GPS-tracking device to monitor crops, equipment that more efficiently irrigates large crops and a machine that can package 850 pieces of round produce an hour.
Opening ceremonies begin at 8:30am on Tuesday with a fly-over by jet pilots from Lemoore Naval Air Station.
