Skeleton Found in Fontana Chimney

Fresno, Calif. A skeleton of a man was in his chimney. "I suspect that somebody killed this man. Tall guy and throw him in the fireplace. I think that is what happened," said the home owner.

The homeowner said the home had been vacant for three years before he recently bought it.

He called police when he found the remains. Police said at this point it looked like the man was trying to climb down the chimney and got stuck.

The remains are somewhere between 6 months and 2-years-old.
