Guerra is from Clovis, the others are from Fresno.
They're accused of 15 burglaries. Police say they stole items like iPods, laptops, and jewelry; mostly in Pismo Beach.
Police say an employee at a surf shop in Morro Bay spotted a surf board that had been reported stolen and held the suspects until police arrived.
They were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail on theft and conspiracy charges.
