Child Info: Yosseline Carolina Meza, Female, 22-months-old, brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a white long sleeves t-shirt and beige sweatpants.

The CHP said Valdiva drove the mother and child from San Leandro, CA to Turlock, CA. He then pulled a knife on the mother and told her she would never see the child again. The suspect may be headed to Mexico.
