Relay For Life Walk
Fresno, CA They're walking to raise money and awareness to fight cancer.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Relay For Life.
Every year, hundreds of teams walk for 24 hours straight while celebrating the lives of cancer survivors, and those who have lost their lives to the deadly disease.
All of the walkers are considered foot soldiers, because with each step, they're raising money for cancer research and advocacy programs.
Many of those who participate are cancer survivors themselves.
This year's relay began this Saturday, and continues until 9 a.m. Sunday.
