Hannah Powell-Auslam was diagnosed with a tumor in her breast earlier this year. She's only 10 years old.
She underwent a partial mastectomy to remove it. But now doctors say her cancer has spread to her lymph nodes. Hannah will soon have a second operation to try to remove the cancer again.
Doctors say this is the youngest breast cancer patient they have ever come across.
