Two Dead in Two Fresno Shootings

Fresno, CA The first shooting happened around 11 o'clock Friday night at the Casa Velasco Apartments on Fruit near Ashlan. Police said someone shot at two men inside a Chevy Tahoe just outside the apartment's front gates. The two men inside the Tahoe were taken to the hospital, but doctors pronounced them dead shortly after they arrived.

Police don't have any suspects in this case, but eyewitnesses tell police they saw a small, dark car leaving the scene right after the shooting. Around the same time and just a few miles away, Fresno Police responded to the second shooting. When officers arrived at Angus and McKenize, they found a man lying on the street bleeding. The man told police two men shot him.

He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. His condition is not known and there are no suspects in this case. Investigators are also still trying to determine a motive.
