Man Drives Scooter along Freeway Drunk in the Fog

Wisconsin He led authorities on a short slow-speed chase, while they figured out a safe way to pull him over.

The man told authorities, he drank a 12-pack of beer, hurt his foot, and borrowed the scooter from his friend.

He was booked for his fifth offense of driving under the influence.
