Chrysler Recall Over Brake Failure

Chrysler is recalling about 24,000 vehicles due to a faulty part that could cause sudden brake failure. It also includes a number of Dodge Nitro, Jeep Liberty, Jeep Commander and Grand Cherokee SUV's. As well as 2009 and 2010 model year Ram Trucks.

Chrysler said some of the vehicles could have an improperly formed brake rod retaining clip and a few trucks may have been built without the piece.
