This is cell phone video taken by a passenger. The maggots apparently came from a container of spoiled meat brought onboard by a passenger. After the passengers evacuated the plane ... a crew came on to clean the mess.
The passenger who brought the spoiled meat on the plane did not get back on the plane and was put on another flight. No word on why the spoiled meat was brought on the plane in the first place.
