National Park Service declares 17 free days for 2011

FRESNO, Calif.

Through the year, the National Park Service will waive admission fees on 17 selected dates, beginning next weekend, January 15th through 17th.

This would be at 394 parks around the country, including Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.

It's a plan meant to encourage more Americans to visit a national park this year.
