The Muslim Society of Central California holds three health clinics a year providing basic health services at Fresno's Manchester Center.
About 30 doctors and 50 nurses volunteered their time for Sunday's event, which included everything from dental exams to on-site lab work.
Organizers say the services are all offered, no questions asked.
"People who are Medi-Cal, they do have coverage for eye, for the skin, they do not have coverage for dental, and a lot of those patients are coming. Whole families are coming," said Dr. Mohammad Ashraf, Cardiologist.
Two new specialties were added to this spring's clinic: physical therapy and women's health.
The health fair is scheduled for the fall.
