Woman lead police on chase after a stop at McDonalds

64-year-old Roberta Spen appeard in court Tuesday. Police say she was driving with faulty brake lights when an officer flashed his lights to pull her over.

After paying for her lunch at McDonalds, police say she drove away again. Eventually stopping at a gas station, where officers had to smash her window to get her out.

She's facing charges including fleeing and resisting arrest.
