Ralph Jason, 35, surrendered to police Wednesday night at the Community Regional Medical Center parking structure in Downtown Fresno. That's where police were recovering the last of four SUV's taken from the Lithia Nissan lot on Blackstone Avenue last week.
Members of Fresno's Career Criminal Auto Theft Team were led to the location by a tip. Officers have already arrested a man and a woman for the thefts.
Detectives say the stolen vehicles may have been used to commit other crimes in and around the City of Fresno.
