The Duncan ceramic arts brand was born in the early 1900's. It began as an interest that prompted a young Erma Duncan to pick up a paintbrush and discover a love of fired creativity. Her first national recognition for her artwork came in the early 1900s.
Duncan ceramics was launched in 1946 on Blackstone Avenue. About 175 team members are employed at iLoveToCreate; the number needed depends on the product -- they sell about 5,000 different products. There products are sent to distribution centers, warehouses, stores and homes throughout the U.S. and about 35 countries around the world.
