Modesto Rivas Jr. was arrested last Thursday after a report to Farmersville police of a local adult talking to a juvenile from Corcoran on Facebook in a sexual nature -- suggesting future sexual contact between the adult and the minor.
Rivas is being charged with initiating sexual communication with a minor, arranging sexual contact with a minor, and annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18.
