FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new convenience store in northeast Fresno is taking customers on a trip back in time.

Retro Junction is on the northeast corner of Herndon and Cedar Avenues. Its owners said they wanted to do something different and went with a 50s theme. The store will include things that were popular during that time period, including classic candies. Plus, it's decorated in a way that'll give customers a nostalgic feel.

"We thought we would do something different bring back part of old Fresno from 50s, 60s and on," owner John Shehadey said.

Retro Junction will also serve up burgers and milkshakes 24 hours a day. They're hosting a grand opening celebration Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
