FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The "I can bike" camp kicked off Monday at Sanger High. It's part of a national bike program brought here to the Valley thanks to a partnership with Parker's Team and the ARC.

Bicyclists and volunteers are working side by side to help special needs kids learn the art of riding a bike. Each set of wheels is outfitted with special rollers, designed to help each rider stay balanced as they learn.

Organizers say by the end of the week, 80 percent of the kids will be able to ride on two wheels. This is the fourth year, the camp has been put on.
