Moms celebrated at Arte Americas in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of mothers in the Valley kicked off their special day with a champagne brunch and cultural festivities.

Generations of families gathered at Arte Americas on Sunday to celebrate mom. They enjoyed live music and their favorite Mexican dishes.

This year's celebration is extra special because Mother's Day falls the same day in the United States and in Mexico.

This is the 17th year Arte Americas has hosted the champagne brunch.
