Marinade Carne Asada for 20min up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Prepare Bacon- Lay slices on baking sheet & place in oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove, cool, & chop.
Wearing gloves, slice the tops off of Jalapenos and cut in half, remove all seeds and membranes. Soak jalapenos in bowl of water and dry.
Prepare filling: Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, and Sriracha until well blended.
Using a spoon, fill the pepper halves with the cheese mixture.
Wrap meat around the filled pepper placing the seam underneath the pepper. Place on a lined cookie sheet and place in the oven set to Broil for 4-5minutes or until meat is cooked and cheese is browned.
