Green smoothies
Combine the following ingredients in a blender:
- Small bowl of kale or spinach, stems removed
- 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
- 1/2 an apple, chopped
- 1 carrot roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 banana, frozen, cut in half or sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut water or orange juice
- 1/2 cup pinapple juice
- 2TB Chia seeds or other super charge
- Glass of ice
