Northbound lanes of Highway 99 to be closed for next 2 days

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A three-phase project has begun on Highway 99 near Cedar Avenue.

The northbound lanes of the highway will be closed for the next two nights, for a construction project for the High-Speed Rail.

The next phase will begin on Tuesday, closing the southbound lanes of Highway 99 at Cedar Avenue.

Officials say there will be lane closure signage in the area and to expect delays due to those closures.
