FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Friends and family remembered little Janessa Ramirez at a service in Downtown Fresno on Friday night. A viewing was held at Cornerstone Church on Calaveras and Fulton. Pictures of Janessa and flowers filled the room.

The fourth grader was killed by a stray bullet on Sunday while she was standing in front of a laundromat with her mother in West Central Fresno. Fresno police say they know which gangs are responsible and are making progress in the investigation.

Funeral services for Janessa will be held on Saturday morning also at Cornerstone Church at 10 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
