Madera Police arrest man connected to stolen U-Haul in Bakersfield.

MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A driver was taken into custody near the Madera fairgrounds in connection to a stolen U-Haul Van out of Bakersfield.

Officers pulled over Jeremy Hicks when they saw him make an illegal lane change last night on Cleveland Avenue.

After searching the van, officers found it was stolen and also found multiple weapons inside.

Hicks has now been booked into the Madera County Jail.
