3 nabbed for attempted burglary in Coalinga

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities arrested three Coalinga residents for attempted burglary. Neil Oliver, 46, Mark Holloway, 39, and Kara Wilk, 26, were taken into custody on Sunday.

Police were tipped off by a witness who saw the trio trying to load stolen property into a U-Haul truck on East Cherry Lane in Coalinga. The witness was able to obtain a license plate for the U-Haul, which was provided to police and led to their arrest.

A search of the U-Haul led to the recovery of a generator and various farm equipment, a stolen mountain bike and about $6,000 in copper wire. Detectives are working to identify victims.
