Cutler man arrested in Chukchansi Casino armed takeover

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- One of the suspects wanted for an armed takeover at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino has been arrested.



Tulare County sheriff's deputies captured Eric Domingo Flores Suniga on Sunday. The 30-year-old lives in Cutler and works as a Fresno County Private Security employee.



The Madera County District Attorney's Office recently announced prosecutors were filing charges against 15 people involved in the scuffle. It happened October 9 and led to the closure of the casino.



Suniga has been booked into jail on five counts of assault with a stun gun. He's being held on $25,000 bail.
