Vacant home burns in central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A house went up in flames in central Fresno around 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

Officials with the Fresno Fire Department say the house was vacant, so crews took a defensive approach.

It took crews about 30 minutes to get the blaze under control.

The damage is estimated at nearly $100,000 and the cause is unknown.
