Parlier shooting sends man to hospital

PARLIER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man was shot while riding his bicycle in Parlier on Thursday. It happened around 6 p.m. near Mendocino and Amigo avenues.

When Parlier police arrived near the intersection, they found the victim on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was flown to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno and was said to have a weak pulse.

Police interviewed two witnesses who saw a car speed away from the scene. Investigators say the shooting may involve gangs.
