Two Boys Die Suspiciously in Visalia

11/8/2008 Visalia, CA, USA Angelino Camarillo suffered a huge loss Saturday morning. His two boys 10-year old Angel and 2-year old Jorge were found dead inside his Visalia home on East Houston near Lovers Lane. A translator for Camarillo told Action News the family came home from church Friday night and went to bed.

"Everything was normal and this morning when they woke up from 8 or 9 the boys, they just weren't alive anymore," said the father.

Police and emergency crews responded within minutes of the call but were unable to revive the boys. At this point we have no idea how this happened. We have some theories and conjectures at this point," said Sgt. Jim Carr.

Visalia police Sgt. Carr said there were no signs of trauma where the boys were found. He is waiting for more evidence to hopefully explain what happened. For now Carr is calling the boys' deaths suspicious. "To have two children both die at the same time is obviously enough to have us classify it as a suspicious death," said Carr.

Camarillo said his boys appeared happy Friday night before they went to bed.

Police are waiting for an autopsy report later this week to better understand what happened to them.
