8MM Film Found, Searching for Owner

Tulare, CA While recovering stolen property, Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies stumbled upon these rare, 8-milimeter color home videos from the 1940s and 50s. They came in an old 8-milimeter reel case with instructions and notes detailing what was in each film.
