Garrido Victim Speaks

California News Monday, investigators discovered a bone fragment while searching a property Garrido used.

Jimmy Lee, Contra Costa County Sheriff's Dept. said: "We don't know if it is human or animal and we are going to take it back for further testing."

While the investigation expands, one of his former victims is speaking out. In the 1970's, Garrido was convicted of kidnapping and raping a then 25 year old Katie Hall near Lake Tahoe.

Garrido received a 50 year sentence but he got released after only 10 years. This Tuesday morning on Good Morning America, Katie Hall had a personal message for Jaycee Dugard.

Katie Hall, Victim said: "It's going to take time; it's going to be a long road."

Katie Hall said she screamed when she found out Garrido had another victim. But she said she's happy now that he is behind bars and is no longer in fear of him.
