Visalia Police Release Bank Robbery Surveillance Photos

September 24, 2009 7:38:18 PM PDT
Visalia Police are releasing new surveillance photos in hopes of catching a bank robber. The photos show an older, heavy-set man wearing a hat, tie, sunglasses and dress shirt. Police say he robbed the Bank of America on Mooney Boulevard. They say the retirement-age man walked into the bank -- and handed the teller a note which demanded money.

Police say his clothes are unusual -- because in most bank robbery cases, suspects are not dressed in business attire.
