Fresno Police Search for Nightclub Gunman

FRESNO, Calif. It happened at the Crossroads Night Club around midnight Wednesday night.

Police say a man was kicked out of the club because of some sort of argument. A short time later, someone in the parking lot shot at the security guard standing at the club's front door

"The minute he was shot, he went inside the club to avoid the gunfire. We're trying to determine if the shooter was the person that was ejected, or was related to that person," said Lt. Mike Doyle with the Fresno Police Department.

The guard was hit in the upper arm, and is expected to be okay.

Police interviewed people inside the bar, and searched the surrounding area for the suspect. He's described as an Asian man wearing a white hat, white shirt and light-colored pants and was last seen in a silver Lexus or Acura.
