It happened at "I" Street and Edgar Avenue in South Sanger. Police said a group of people either drove or walked by a group of men standing on the street.
They fired several shots at the men, hitting three of them. Two were taken to the hospital, where one was pronounced dead. The third victim was treated at the scene.
This is the second homicide in Sanger this year. Investigators said it may have been gang related.
