Police will not face charges for shooting Vincent Steen

FRESNO, Calif.

In January, officers shot 27-year-old Vincent Steen.

Police say the man was riding his bike when an officer stopped him for a traffic violation.

There was a scuffle and a chase to Steen's house where two officers shot and killed the man.

Family members said he was unarmed and scared of police.

According to the Porterville recorder, the Tulare County District Attorney's office has decided not to file charges against the department for the shooting.
