Phillip Woodley's sentencing postponed

FRESNO, Calif. A judge postponed sentencing for Phillip Woodley because his attorney didn't get a probation report until Monday.

Family members expressed anger when the judge announced the delay.

Last month, a Fresno County Jury found Woodley guilty of two murders. They convicted him of stabbing Roy and Angie Woodley to death inside their Tarpey Village home in July 2005. The family says it has been waiting for justice since then.

"It's very tough. We've waited 5 years for this and for them to do this, a couple more weeks, you know? We need that closure. We need to get this out of our lives," said Christopher Gonzales.

Sentencing is now set for June 14th. The judge will sentence Woodley to life in prison without parole.
