Police say the victim was shot as he was driving and then crashed into a tree near Shaw and Ninth Street. When police got to the scene, the victim was still in the car, conscious and breathing, but suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center. His condition is unknown.
Police are now looking for a small white car that may be connected to the shooting.
