Investigators say 20-year-old Steve Acuna and his mother, Gloria were killed at the hands of Acuna's father, Robert -- he's believed to have later turned the gun on himself.
The Goldberg Law Firm where both Gloria and her son Steve Acuna worked is devastated by the loss. Gloria was the first employee hired at the firm 17 years ago. Tuesday we learned that the same day they were killed, Robert had texted his and Gloria's daughter Desiree -- wishing her a happy birthday.
Services for the Acuna's will take place at Saint Anthony of Padua Church on Maroa Avenue in Fresno. The rosary is scheduled for Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. and the funeral will take place Friday morning at 10:00 a.m.
