Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies found the victim at Avenue 310 and Farr Road. They say he had been in a fight with his girlfriend.
During the fight -- the woman's brother allegedly pulled out a handgun -- and shot his sister's boyfriend multiple times.
The victim was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, where he died.
The suspect was arrested overnight and booked into the Tulare County Jail.
