Fresno man charged with murder after violent dispute

FRESNO, Calif.

Prosecutors filed one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder Friday on Alvin Dalton.

Police say the 55-year-old opened fire on his neighbor - Danetta Henry - and two of her children on Wednesday after Henry got into a fight with Dalton's girlfriend.

Henry's teenage children are expected to survive their injuries.
