Authorities say the suspect fired three shots at a home on Eunice near Belgravia.
One of the bullets went through a wall in the home and hit a woman in the leg.
She was taken to Community Regional Medical Center.
Police say neighbors heard a car driving by and shots being fired, but did not see the car or the suspect.
Police ask that you call Fresno police if you have any information about the incident.
