Fresno Chaffee Zoo "Cool Zoo" Schedule

FRESNO, Calif.

Saturday everything from the tiger to the tortoise, and even the lemurs will be given a variety of different icy treats. The elephants will receive a nice shower from a fire hose and the big cats will be given popsicles, made out of blood. The zoo has an entire schedule set for tomorrow's "Cool Zoo" activities.

Starting at 10 a.m. activities will take place throughout the day according to the following schedule:

10:00 Orangutans/Siamangs

10:30 Warthogs

11:00 Sea Lion Cove

11:30 Red ruffed lemur

12:00 Elephants

12:30 Giraffe/Eland

1:00 Grizzly Bear

1:30 Galapagos Tortoise

2:00 Australian Aviary

2:30 Tiger

Fresno Chaffee Zoo is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (9 a.m. – 4 p.m. October - March) every day except Thanksgiving (9 a.m. – 2 p.m). and Christmas Day (closed). General admission during regular Zoo hours is $7 for adults, $3.50 for children 2-11 and seniors 62+, and children under 2 and Fresno Chaffee Zoo members are free. Fresno Chaffee Zoo inspires wonder of our natural world, provides an engaging learning environment, and creates a passion for conservation. The Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
